Gusto

2018 – 2021
I founded Gusto at Boston College in the Fall of 2018, after a summer of learning food writing in Paris. I wanted to establish a place for food reviews and literature on campus, and a place for people to be able to express themselves through food writing. I was editor in chief for four issues and wrote regularly as well. The team grew to 40 people and continues to operate to this day.
